How do I return an item?

  • If you are not pleased with your accessory purchase on most products, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All returned items must be exchanged in new condition, in original boxes, packing materials/documentation, and with original receipt.  You will be credited back the cost of the item minus the shipping charges to and from location.  We will cover return shipping costs if wrong item has been shipped.
  • Email or call us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise CANNOT be returned without an RMA number.
  • Shipping charges is refunded only if the wrong items were shipped, or if merchandise was received damaged or defected. We may charge for cost of original freight for selected products offered as Free shipping, if items are approved as returnable.
  • For all refrigerated wine cabinets, special racking systems, cooling units, modular rack kits, selected wine furniture items, and custom orders, a pre-payment is required at time of order and 25% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations after 10 days from date of order. No returns allowed on custom cellar racks unless racks were shipped incorrectly. Customer is responsible for all freight charged on returned merchandise, unless received damaged or defected. Carefully inspect all merchandise before accepting and signing the merchandise release with the freight carrier.
