Wine cabinets, wine rooms, and select wine furniture products are delivered by contracted freight carriers offering superb INDOOR service. The freight charges are based on weight and distance from our factories. Our GOLD SERVICE includes first floor delivery, set up, and debris removal with insurance. Additional charges will be incurred for special services such as delivery to upper/lower floors, limited access areas, etc.

You may e-mail or call us for an estimated shipping quote before ordering. If you place an online order, we will contact you immediately via e-mail, phone or fax with estimated freight charges for your approval before processing your order and charging your credit card. In most instances, the actual freight charges will be paid COD directly to the freight carrier at the time of receipt of merchandise.

Choice of (1) Silver Service includes first floor delivery, but no debris removal with insurance. Additional charges will be incurred for special services such as delivery to upper/lower floors, limited access areas, etc. Or (2) Bronze Service includes door-to-door delivery with liftgate service or with no liftgate service (you need to assist unload crate/carton to curbside to save expenses).z

Most Accessories, Gifts, Racks, Cooling System and Wine Coolers are shipped prepaid via UPS (door-to-door service with drop off, no debris removal). You can view choice of UPS shipping methods (Ground at 5-7 days, 3-days, 2-day air, Next day air) and charges in the shopping basket mode. Note some products are offered as stated with FREE Shipping (Continental U.S. only). However, any refunds on purchase with Free shipping offer, will require a 20% restocking fee.
