You can choose from our Option 1 storage racking design or Option 2 showcase racking design. We can even customize the racks however you like. The WineKeep allows you to purchase the panels, racking, and/or cooling unit separately. This allows you to move any existing racking inside the wine vault.

Specifications
GENERAL
WineKeep Wine Vaults are constructed of prefab, precision-formed, modular
panels designed for accurate, rapid field assembly. WineKeep's shall be
test assembled at the factory, crated, and shipped directly to your house with installation instructions. Please allow 6 weeks for production time. If you need this sooner, please contact us. We offer 2 shipping options - curbside or white glove indoor delivery with debris removal. Shipping is based on weight and delivery location. DRAWINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Each WineKeep shall have a set of installation instructions and
lay-out drawing. All panels shall have panel identification
corresponding with the lay-out drawing to facilitate rapid and accurate
field erection.
PANEL CONSTRUCTION
Each panel shall consist of inner and outer metal skins, a 4"
insulation core, and be equipped with cam-action locking devices. This high quality insulation offers the best R-value in the market at R-28.8. The
locking devices shall be operable from inside the walk-in and a
hex-shaped wrench shall be supplied. Press-fit plug buttons shall be
provided to seal wrench holes after assembly is complete. Construction
shall be as approved by the National Sanitation Foundation
International and shall bear the NSF® Seal of Approval.
All panels shall be connected to one another by placing the tongue
of the insulation core of one panel into the groove of the core
insulation of the adjacent panel. The resultant tongue and groove joint
shall be sealed at both sides by double barreled NSF® approved
gaskets. In order to avoid future swelling and mold formation, no wood
shall be permitted in the manufacture of the tongue and groove panel
profile.
FLOOR SCREEDS
Floor screeds shall be provided for all floorless units. The
screeds shall be vinyl, and have NSF® approved cove both inside and
out. We have included the flooring panel option in our wine vault base cost. If you do not need flooring and want they vinyl screed only, contact us so we can deduct the cost off your order.
PANEL FINISH
Metal finish of the panels on all exterior and interior areas.
• Standard is black stucco embossed galvanized. Custom smooth metal exterior colors can be provided.
INSULATION
Extruded Polystyrene: All wall and ceiling insulation are 4”
thick, high quality, rigid extruded polystyrene, 1.6 lb density. K
factor of not more than .139 and an R factor of not less than 7.2 per
inch, initial fresh R-28.8 minimum total wall R factor. Vapor
transmission shall be less than 1 perm and foam core material must meet
UL 5 flame spread rating with average smoke rating less than 165. (UL

RACKING
Each wine vault has 2 design options to choose from.
Option 1 - To maximize storage we rack all 3 walls with a combination of individuals with angle display, true radius curved corners, diamond bin, and storage for Magnums, Champagnes, Bordeaux, Pinots, Chardonnays, and Burgundy bottles. You can store other size bottles on the top bulk storage above the racks.
Option 2 - Offers a nice showcase cellar layout. We rack all 3 walls with true radius curve corners, individual racking, diamond bin, table top, and archway. Storage for Magnums, Champagnes, Bordeaux, Pinots, Chardonnays, and
Burgundy bottles. You can store other size bottles on the top bulk
storage above the racks.

REFRIGERATION
We offer 2 of our popular cooling systems to add to your wine vault. If you have an existing unit, you can give us the cut out specifications so we can prep the opening during production.
Wall Mounted Option - This is the easier option to install in your wine vault. During production, we will cut out a hole to slide your cooling unit through. This cut out location can go on the right, left, back, or front panel. The cut out location may interfere with your rack configuration so you can discuss those options with our cellar consultants. There are many brands of wall mounted cooling systems but we have narrowed it down to the Cellarpro Cooling systems. We feel that these units perform best in garages and basements due to their 55 degree temperature differential and crankcase heating option. (This only applies to the Cellarpo 3200 and 4200 models) The Cellarpro 1800 XTS units have a 30+ degree temperature fluctuation and are recommended for the Wine Vault WK-500 size.

*** Factory warranty includes five years from the date of original delivery, your CellarPro warranty covers the internal compressor if it proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In addition, for two years from the date of original delivery, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the
wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Remote Cooling Unit - If you do not want to have the unit located inside the cellar, we offer the Bohn system. Pre-assembled indoor remote refrigeration system, medium temperature, 1
phase, 1/4 horsepower, hermetic 115 volt, includes Copeland
condensing unit. Does not include refrigerant.
