Long-term aging cabinets for maintaining ideal storage temperature between 55º to 58º F and relative humidity from 50% to 70%. Oak exterior with Mahogany interior and hand-crafted Redwood racks, which individually cradles up to 3¼" bottles.   Optional Cherry wood exterior. Optional upgrade cooling system with stronger BTU for hot environments or commercial applications. Dual Temperature zones available on selected models. Breezaire Cooling System Venting:   (a)  Top Venting (standard) - to save depth and position cabinet flush against the wall requiring 12" or more clearance at top of cabinet for proper ventilation.  (b)  Top venting with Deflector (optional) - to position cabinet flushed against your wall requiring minimum 4" or more clearance above the top crown molding of cabinet. Located at roof of cabinet will be a small 2.5"H metal air deflector. Recommended for alcoves or low ceilings.  (c)  Front-top Venting (optional) - for built-in purpose if you have no room to ventilate to the back and top of the cabinet.
